Minimum of 2 night stay. If there is a gap between bookings, single night bookings are available however a surcharge applies.

Minimum three night bookings apply at Christmas and Easter.

Full Payment required at time of booking for one night stay.
25% deposit required at time of booking for more than one night stay.
Discount of 10% for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations notified more than thirty (30) days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit (25% of tariff). Cancellations notified thirty (30) days or less and more than fourteen (14) days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit (25%).

Cancellations fourteen (14) days or less will forfeit all monies (full tariff) however an alternative booking within six (6) months of the original booking will be welcome. An administration fee of $10 is applicable for the refund of any monies.
